Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website and the subscriptions described on it.

01Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled before the next renewal. Pausing holds your place in the queue; cancelling releases it.

02Scope of work

One active request means one request being worked on at a time. The queue behind it is unlimited, and you decide its order.

03Ownership

Final deliverables transfer to you on payment. Working files, exploration, and internal tooling remain ours unless the agreement says otherwise in writing.

04Revisions

Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the request. A change that redefines the request starts a new one.

05Refunds

Unused time in a billing period is not refunded, but it is not lost either — cancel and the remainder of the period stays available to you.

06Liability

We are responsible for the work we deliver. We are not liable for business outcomes that depend on factors outside it, such as pricing, market timing, or a third party we do not control.
